These also require a stand alone programmable injection or carburetor and ignition conversion. These are borderline for reliability in prolonged high RPM applications, our solid profile cams are recommended for serious competition use.

OP 1134 High-Torque Starter for Small Quad 4 Flywheel: These are specially made to bolt to the stock starter location on the Quad 4 block and match our special-made small diameter racing flywheel. High torque can handle high compression engines and they are also much lighter than the OEM units.

OP 1135 Racing Quad 4 Flywheel: Special steel racing flywheel designed to use the 5.5" & 7.25" single and dual disk racing clutches from a number of manufacturers. Small dia. flywheel for lightweight and best RPM. Best application for you hardest racing applications where there are no restrictions. Requires special high torque smaller starter(OP 1134) and comes with new crankshaft bolts. Specify which clutch size you require.

OP 2030 Quad 4 Racing Flywheel Package: This package includes our small diameter racing clutch, dual disk 7.25: racing clutch assembly and lightweight high-torque starter. This is the best package for most racing application in production and larger sized race cars. For racing in smaller Formula and Sports racers, the 5.5" clutch is advised. Package price with all hardware and bolts.

OP 1580P Cast Aluminum Dry Sump Quad 4 Oil Pan: This is the best quality and design for all-out racing with your Quad 4 engine where you are allowed to use a dry sump oiling system. These are high strength castings that can be used as a stressed member with engine mounting and have a special windage try and dual pickup provisions form either side of the pan. Low profile and proven racing design.

OP 1777C Competition Tubular Header: For the serious competitor we offer full tubular headers. These headers are designed for more top end power and require much more maintenance so they are not recommended for regular street use. Complete with collector, gaskets and all hardware ceramic coated for longer life. New headpipe must be fabricated.

OP 1149T Mild Sports 2.4TC Camshaft Set: These are the only cams developed to give a torque and power boost for your 2.4TC engine without needing a modified ecm. They work with the stock OBD2 system to optimize power for street and sports driving. Cams will fit your engine with no modifications and have all the proper p/s drive and OBD2 sensor hardware on them too.

OP 1150C Competition Camshaft Set: These are a motorsport profile for engines that are using an aftermarket EFI control system- they are not suited for the stock OBD2 computer controls. They are machined to drive the stock power steering pump, but have no sensors for OBD2. These cams are made to give optimum mid and upper range torque on 2.4 engines for sports and competiton events without giving up low end response. Also require installation of OP 1157T Valve Springs for proper clearance.

OP 1153T Sports 2.4TC Hydraulic Cam Followers: These are the special 33mm hydraulic cam followers (lifters) that will give extra low end torque and aid high rpm power to optimize the 2.4TC engine's power for reliable high performance use.

OP 1157T Sports 2.4 TC Valve Springs: These conical springs will work with stock retainers to give the 2.4 head the ability to use slightly higher lift cams and are a llittle stiffer rate for high rpm stability. These springs will work with stock and sports cams with no wear problems.

OP 1154T Sports & Racing 2.4 TC Stainless Valves: These are custom made 6mm valves for the 2.4TC engine to be the strongest and best flowing valves for your hard street and performance applications. Their quality allows them to be used for supercharger and turbo usage also where strength and heat resistance is critical. Guides must be modified slightly for use.

OP 1661ST Programmable Electronic Ignition/Fuel Computer: This is the only way to make your highly modified 2.4TC engine perform when you have raised it beyond the level of the stock OBD2 parameters. Engines with radical cams, higher compression ratio and turbo or SC applications will require this system, which can tailor fuel and spark curves, rev limits and boost controls for optimum power. This unit is not cheap, but will give you the power and reliability you need to get the power from the 2.4TC engine and keeping it's driveability too. Includes computer, wiring harness, sensors and software to adapt to your engine.

OP 1131S Sports 2.4 TC Clutch Assembly: This high quality clutch disk and HD pressure plate fit the '95 2.3 and all 2.4TC engines from '96 and up. Gives better grip and pull through the gears to optimize the power of your stock or modified engine. Flywheel must be resurfaced to install this unit and get maximum gripping power. Cover and disk assembly.

OP 1132S Sports 2.4TC Lightened Flywheel: We specially machine and rebalance these units to give the optimum in weight reduction and freer revving but still keep your launch torque up.
