These take about 4 weeks to make up and we design them for your particular chassis and spring rate needs. Take much of the compliance out of the front end, but do require frequent lubrication if used on the street in winter climates. Set to do both arms.

OP 1214 Rear Shock Tower Brace: This tubular brace links the tops of the shock mounts across the rear to take most of the flex and distortion out of the rear unibody under hard cornering. Does not effect roll stiffness, swaybars are required to flatten the ride.

OP 1496 H.D. Rear Axle Bearing Mounting Plates: These specially fabricated plates are used to mount the GM "A" car H.D. wheel bearings to the rear beam axle assembly. These require cutting and welding to reinstall and must be precisely positioned for proper handling. This modifcation is required for most road racing competition class events, and is highly recommended if you autocross or solo your car.

OP 1208 H.D. Rear Suspension "K" Brace: This design arose from our IMSA sedan racing experience, where we found excessive geomoetry changes in the rear wheels during hard handling. This K brace bolts between the center beam and the two outer wheel locations on the axle. All heim jointed and high grade hardware for a straight bolt on installation. A must for autocross, drag or road racing.

OP 1491 H.D. Performance Long Wheel Studs: These are special high tensile wheel studs to fit all the GM FWD hubs, 50mm long with starter tapers with 12mm x 1.5mm thread. Press into the stock hubs.

OP 1832C Carbon Metallic Performance Brake Pads: Probably the best all around pad for street and sports driving applications. Rotors shold be resurfaced or replaced for optimum braking response and wear.

OP 1833X Cross Drilled Front Performance Rotors: These are the optimum rotors for extreme sports and racing applications where resistance to fade and better cooling are required. These are not the best street rotor since they can be prone to cracking in continual and uneven heating cycles. Comes with carbon metallic pads.

OP 1558 H.D. 9" Rear Drum Converison: These were developed for the IMSA Firehawk cars and use larger drum assemblies for improved rear brake action, reliablity and wear. Must be used with the OP 1496 rear wheel bearing conversion kits and bigger bearing assemblies. Includes backing plates, bigger wheel cylinders, H.D. brake shoes with all hardware and new drums. Good alternative where rear discs are not legal.

OP 1831F 11" Big Front Brake Conversion: This kit was specially designed to mount 11" vented rotors on the front of the small FWD GM cars to improve their marginal braking for sports use. This kit includes all hardware, brackets, bigger rotors and performance calipers, brake pads and new lines. This kit is fairly involved and should be installed by an experienced mechanic due to some machiine work necessary for installation. Does not include wheel bearing assemblies. Must use at least 16" wheels.

OP 1831K 11" Big Front Brake & Knuckle Conversion: This kit was designed around a new knuckle casting made by Mantapart to mount 11" competition rotors on the front of the small FWD GM cars raced in IMSA competition. OP 1421A Sports Limited Slip Differential Unit: This is an Auburn style spring/clutch limited slip unit that is built into a standard differential center section. This unit fits all Getrag/Munice 5 speed HM 282 transaxles.
