Suspension Components:

OP 1113 Sports Spring Set: Lower and firmer springs for about an 1" to 1 1/4" lower ride for a tighter, flatter ride. We recommend our sports struts and shocks to give even better control and handling also.

OP 1113CR Rear Coil Over Conversion: For all non-strut 83-94 J cars and 86-98 N & L cars. Complete assembly includes 2 sports gas coil over struts, choice of springs, mounting hardware and our specially engineered rear subframe assembly to reinforce the unibody to mount this setup. If excessive lowering is desired, you should also use axle lowering mounts OP 1496L to maintain better rear axle geometry.

OP 1114R Rally Spring Set: These are specially made to give a stock or slightly higher ride height and also increase stiffness for more control in off road useage. Must be used with better quality struts and shocks, we recommend the Bilsteins if you are serious about good handling and reliability.

OP 1115C Competition Spring Set: We custom make these to suit your application when you have to run in a class where coil over competition springs are not allowed. These take about 4 weeks to make up and we design them for your particular chassis and spring rate needs. These require Bilsteins or another high qualilty strut brand to work properly, they are too stiff for stock OEM shocks.

OP 1201G Sports Gas Struts & Shocks: These are quality gas pressure replacement struts and shocks to give your chassis the best ride and control for high performance street use. They work best when combined with our sports springs to also give a lower center of gravity for
flatter, safer handling. Limited life time warranty too.

OP 1201C Bilstein Sports Struts & Shocks: These are Germany's best high pressure gas shocks, as used on Porsche, BMW and Mercedes. They give the smoothest, yet tightest, handling control for your stock & lowered chassis setup. Full lifetime warranty.

OP 1201R Competition Bilstein Struts & Shocks: These are specially built to be shorter and are valved for stiffer spring rates. The best German quality gas shocks for extreme useage. Available in various valving setup for different applications, inquire for tech help.

OP 1201GC Coil Over Suspension Kit: This is a complete front & rear conversion to install coil-overs to your car. Includes coil over front & rear struts with all mounting hardware, special rear brace, and springs. This is a bolt on kit with only a few modifications needed. Gives you 4" of chassis adjustment.

OP 1291F Urethane Front Lower Control Arm Bushings: These are specially made urethane replacement bushings for the front lower a arms to increase steering and handling control. Take much of the compliance out of the front end, but do require frequent lubrication if used on the street in winter climates. Set to do both arms.

OP 1291R Urethane Rear Suspension Bushings: These are specially made urethane replacement bushings for the rear axle beam bushings. They increase steering and handling control by taking much of the compliance out of the rear end. Require frequent lubrication if used on the street in winter climates. Set for rear axle.

OP 1181BL Urethane Swaybar Bushings & End Links: This includes urethane subframe connection bushings and swaybar end link kits with new cad plated hardware and urethane grommets with grease. Sizes for any GM or aftermarket swaybar, with grease fittings. Inquire for proper size info.

OP 1181B Urethane Swaybar Bushings: These urethane subframe connection bushings are made to fit the GM subframe brackets exactly, not an after market fit. Available for any size GM or aftermarket swaybar, includes grease pack. Inquire for proper size info.

OP 1181L Urethane Swaybar End Link Kit: Take the slop our of the OEM end links by using these new link kits, same links as used with our swaybar kits. Top quality hardware.

OP 1180 30mm Sports Front Swaybar Kit: Highest quality upgrade for front suspension of your car. Comes complete with the urethane bushings and links listed above. We recommend this bar be used in conjunction with a rear swaybar (or size upgrade to existing unit) for best chassis balance. If starting chassis mods, the rear swaybar upgrade is the best starting point.

OP 1192 22mm Sports Rear Swaybar Kit: Highest quality upgrade for rear suspension of your car. Comes complete with urethane bushings and top grade hardware. We recommend this bar be used first to improve chassis balance. This rear swaybar upgrade is the best starting point for your chassis mods. Simple bolt on application.

OP 1200 26mm Competition Rear Swaybar Kit: Highest quality upgrade for rear suspension of your car. Comes complete with urethane bushings and top grade hardware. We recommend this bar be used for competition where you want more oversteer, or in conjunction with our larger front swaybar to give both a flatter and balanced ride for street and sports purposes. Simple bolt on application.

OP 1200A Tubular Competition Adjustable Rear Swaybar Kit: Highest quality competition upgrade for rear suspension of your car. Comes complete with top grade hardware, adjustable end links and mounting brackets. Install to unibody with some drilling required. We recommend this bar be used for competition where you want more oversteer, lighter weight and adjustablility for tuning the chassis for different handling conditions and tracks. Use in conjunction with our 30mm front swaybar to give a balanced chassis for your competition uses. Simple bolt on application, some drilling required.

OP 1212E Upper Sports Strut Tower Brace: OEM quality brace reinforces the upper suspension area to give more consistent and precise handling. Better steering feel makes other handling mods more effective. Does not increase roll resistance but keeps front geometry the same in all conditions.

OP 1213LE Lower Sports Suspension Brace: OEM quality brace reinforces the lower suspension area to give more consistent and precise handling. Simple bolt on to lower suspension rails for improved steering feel and better tracking in corners. Does not clear transmission pan on cars with 4spd. overdrive.

OP 1214 Rear Shock Tower Brace: This tubular brace links the tops of the shock mounts across the rear to take most of the flex and distortion out of the rear unibody under hard cornering. Does not effect roll stiffness, swaybars are required to flatten the ride.

OP 1496 H.D. Rear Axle Bearing Mounting Plates: These specially fabricated plates are used to mount the GM "A" car H.D. wheel bearings to the rear beam axle assembly. These require cutting and welding to reinstall and must be precisely positioned for proper handling. This modifcation is required for most road racing competition class events, and is highly recommended if you autocross or solo your car.

OP 1208 H.D. Rear Suspension "K" Brace: This design arose from our IMSA sedan racing experience, where we found excessive geomoetry changes in the rear wheels during hard handling. This K brace bolts between the center beam and the two outer wheel locations on the axle. All heim jointed and high grade hardware for a straight bolt on installation. A must for autocross, drag or road racing.

OP 1491 H.D. Performance Long Wheel Studs: These are special high tensile wheel studs to fit all the GM FWD hubs, 50mm long with starter tapers with 12mm x 1.5mm thread. Press into the stock hubs.

Brakes & Drivetrain:

OP 1832C Carbon Metallic Performance Brake Pads: Probably the best all around pad for street and sports driving applications. Rotors shold be resurfaced or replaced for optimum braking response and wear.

OP 1833X Cross Drilled Front Performance Rotors: These are the optimum rotors for extreme sports and racing applications where resistance to fade and better cooling are required. These are not the best street rotor since they can be prone to cracking in continual and uneven heating cycles. Comes with carbon metallic pads.

OP 1833S Power Slot Front Sports Rotors: These are the great all around rotors for street, sports and sports applications where resistance to fade and better cooling are required. These are slotted for better cooling and pad wear and plated for corrosion resistance. Comes with carbon metallic pads.

OP 1558 H.D. 9" Rear Drum Converison: These were developed for the IMSA Firehawk cars and use larger drum assemblies for improved rear brake action, reliablity and wear. Must be used with the OP 1496 rear wheel bearing conversion kits and bigger bearing assemblies. Includes backing plates, bigger wheel cylinders, H.D. brake shoes with all hardware and new drums. Good alternative where rear discs are not legal.

OP 1831F 11" Big Front Brake Conversion: This kit was specially designed to mount 11" vented rotors on the front of the small FWD GM cars to improve their marginal braking for sports use. This kit includes all hardware, brackets, bigger rotors and performance calipers, brake pads and new lines. This kit is fairly involved and should be installed by an experienced mechanic due to some machiine work necessary for installation. Does not include wheel bearing assemblies. Must use at least 16" wheels.

OP 1831K 11" Big Front Brake & Knuckle Conversion: This kit was designed around a new knuckle casting made by Mantapart to mount 11" competition rotors on the front of the small FWD GM cars raced in IMSA competition. They require no brackets or additional mounting hardware. This kit includes new high strength knuckle castings, bigger rotors and performance calipers, brake pads and new lines. This kit is a race quality set up and should be installed by an experienced mechanic. Do not include wheel bearing assemblies, but use stock units. Must use at least 16" wheels.

OP 1831R 10.5" Rear Disk Brake Converison: This conversion is the best way to remove weight and improve the overall braking power and balance. This kit includes rotors, calipers and mounting brackets, all hardware, and lines to install the rear brakes. Kit to mount to stock rear wheel bearings, but we recommend the H.D. rear hub bearing conversions if more serious competition use is planned. Calipers available with or without emergency brake provisions.

OP 1421A Sports Limited Slip Differential Unit: This is an Auburn style spring/clutch limited slip unit that is built into a standard differential center section. This unit fits all Getrag/Munice 5 speed HM 282 transaxles.

OP 1421S Sports Limited Slip Differential Unit: This is an Auburn style spring/clutch limited slip unit that is built into a standard differential center section. This unit fits all Isuzu-built 5 speed transaxles.

OP 1421G Competition Limited Slip Differential Unit: This is a Gleason Thoreson limited slip unit that is a torque sensing gear driven unit. Fits all Getrag/Munice 5 speed HM 282 transaxles. Best for any track only or heavily modified competition vehicles. These are the center section only part of the transaxle.

OP 1381 3.94:1 Ring Gear and Output Pinion Shaft: This is a new output shaft that has the pinion drive gear, and a new ring gear that must be installed into a Muncie/Getrag 5 speed transaxle differential.

OP 1142G Close Ratio Transaxle Gear Set: This set of transmission (transaxle) gears makes power range of the engine better to work with. Gears fit all the Muncie/Getrag transaxles. Ratios included are: 2nd gear- 2.05:1, 3rd gear- 1.38:1, 4th gear- 1.02:1 and 5th gear- .87:1. These require an overhaul of transaxle to install them.

OP 1179C Universal Free Flow Catalytic Converter: 2 1/4" diameter to match our sports exhaust systems.

OP 1178A Cat Back Pipe: Mandrel bent 2 1/4" aluminized tubing for increased power & flow. '83-'92 chassis. Specify model & engine.

OP 1178B Cat Back Pipe: Same as above. '92-'94 chassis.
