
OP 1145 Olds Quad 4 Rear Wheel Drive Bellhousing: This cast aluminum rear wheel drive bellhousing is an exclusive design from Mantapart. We developed this housing to mount the Olds Quad 4 engine dyno & test stands for many GM Motorsports engine builders, OEMs, and racing teams. This bellhousing allows not only dyno development on the Quad 4, but opened up a wide range of vehicle applications for the Quad 4 engine. Our bellhousing is cast in 356 T6 aluminum with extra stock on both faces to accommodate adapters and other modifications to mount the Quad 4 into numerous vehicle applications. The trans flange is made to accept GM, Muncie, Saginaw and Borg Warner 4 and 5-speed transmissions. Technical info is available for custom applications- it has been adapted to marine, aircraft, dune buggy, kit cars & hot rods, etc. already. Most conversions can use the stock Quad 4 flywheel and pressure plate, along with the custom clutch disks we make to fit a number of trans spline sizes. Straight up or 10 degree layover bellhousing bolt orientation.

OP 1130B Special Quad 4 Pilot Bearing: This is a high quality needle bearing encased pilot bearing that fits the rear of the Quad 4 crankshaft to accommodate the trans input shaft, Due to short depth of rear crank opening, either the trans input shaft must be shortened or the crank machined deeper in many installation cases.

OP 1146 Quad 4 RWD Internal Hydraulic Release Bearing: This is a performance designed internal hydraulic release bearing that mounts inside the Quad 4 bellhousing. Comes with choice of release bearing sizes for optional clutch sizes, has all aeroquip fitting for inlet and bleeder assembly. Some machine work must be done on bellhousing for installation. Makes an easier installation in any chassis with hydraulic clutch setup.

OP 1677R Quad 4 EFI Intake Manifolds for RWD Conversion: These are specially machined, fabricated and welded to provide a front facing throttle body location for use in RWD conversions. Available in two versions, using all standard GM parts, but require alternator relocation for most installations. Version 1) uses a production tubular LD2 injection intake manifold- best for street. Version 2) High Output plenum intake for more overall power output. Includes $75 refundable core charge for return of a useable manifold.

OP 1662 Quad 4 EFI Wiring Harness: This is a custom made wiring harness to mount the Quad 4 engine in vehicles and maintain the factory EFI system. This stand-alone wiring harness has all wiring and leads to run the engine, including tach, fuel pump and diagnostic port leads. Uses stock ECM from the engine and can be fitted with custom chips for various power and driveability applications.

OP 1661ST Programmable Electronic Ignition/Fuel Computer: This is the only way to make your highly modified 2.4TC engine perform when you have raised it beyond the level of the stock OBD2 parameters. Engines with radical cams, higher compression ratio and turbo or SC applications will require this system, which can tailor fuel and spark curves, rev limits and boost controls for optimum power. This unit is not cheap, but will give you the power and reliability you need to get the power from the 2.4TC engine and keeping it's driveability too. Includes computer, wiring harness, sensors and software to adapt to your engine.
